- Home and property data: addresses, property type, year built, the systems in your home, installation dates, materials, service history, warranties, documents, and photos you upload.
- Usage data: tasks you create or complete, scores generated, and how you interact with features.
- Device and technical data: device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic logs used to keep the Service reliable.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including calculating your Home Health Score and generating maintenance reminders.
- Send you notifications you have enabled, such as service-due and warranty-expiration alerts.
- Respond to your requests and provide customer support.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors who host our infrastructure and process data on our behalf under contract (for example, our cloud database and authentication provider).
- Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Home Tracker or others.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
